Grilled BBQ Ribs

Grilled BBQ Ribs
整過幾次,今次用apple味+BBQ sauce真係入味好多!要prepare兩日,但係可以比美Tony Roma's架^.^
個食譜要用中英文一齊打先得呀,有啲材料唔知中文係咩 >.<

Step 1:
材料:
  • 2杯蘋果汁
  • 2杯蘋果醋
  • 3磅pork ribs 
做法:
  1. 洗淨ribs,抹乾
  2. 將ribs平放入大盤內,加入蘋果汁及蘋果醋至浸過所有ribs (如果唔夠,可用一比一份量增加汁料)
  3. 保鮮紙包好放入雪櫃浸過夜
Step 2:
材料 (rub):
  • 3/4杯黃糖 (brown sugar)
  • 1湯匙 Paprika
  • 1湯匙蒜粉
做法:
  1. 取出ribs,抹乾
  2. 將所有rub撈勻,然後掃上每塊ribs (底面加四邊)
  3. 醃3小時
Step 3:
材料 (sauce):
  • 2杯 BBQ sauce (我用1杯 Bulls Eye Original Bold加1杯Bulls Eye Hickory Smoke)
做法:
  1. 預熱grill/焗爐至3750F度
  2. 放入ribs燒45分鐘或焗90分鐘或直至ribs上的肉開始收縮
  3. 掃上sauce (面)再燒/焗1-2分鐘
  4. 再掃上sauce(底)再燒/焗1-2分鐘
